Register with NABCEP and pass the required licensing exam.
Obtain Insurance & Bonding
Secure General Liability, Workers Compensation insurance and a $9,500 surety bond.
Submit Application
Apply to the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Pay the application and license fees.
